Course overview:
Recognizing the importance of teamwork in the educational field, this course is designed to provide teachers with practical tools to strengthen collaboration by applying effective teamwork techniques in their classrooms. In addition to improving the dynamics among teachers as a team, the course promotes the integration of individuals and the development of social skills, key aspects for creating a harmonious learning environment. The goal is for teachers to acquire tools and strategies that not only enhance collaboration within their teaching team but also enable them to transfer these skills to their students, fostering a cooperative and respectful learning environment.
Throughout the course, participants will learn the importance of active listening, effective communication, and conflict resolution, all focused on how these skills can be directly applied in the classroom to enhance teamwork among students. The course will be very dynamic, combining practical, reflective, and collaborative activities, some of which will take place outdoors and others indoors, so that teachers can experience firsthand the techniques they will later implement in their classes.

Methodology:
The course will be highly interactive and designed to provide a practical experience that teachers can immediately apply in the classroom. During the sessions, participants will engage in group activities both indoors and outdoors, in a natural setting that fosters relaxation. This environment will allow them to disconnect from the daily routine, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being, contributing to lowering anxiety levels and enhancing concentration and enjoyment of learning. Dynamic activities will be used to help teachers practice collaboration, conflict resolution, and the development of effective communication strategies. By the end of the course, participants will have a set of techniques and exercises ready to apply in their classes, encouraging the creation of strong and dynamic work teams among students. This course will not only contribute to improving teamwork among teachers but also positively impact students’ social and cooperative skills, creating a more effective, harmonious, and productive learning community.
